How do I start a poll?
Sign in, click New poll on the dashboard, add a question or two, then hit Present. Your audience joins via the QR code or 6-letter code shown on screen.
Does my audience need an account?
No. Audience members open colligolabs.com/join, enter the code, and they’re in. No installs, no signups.
What kinds of questions can I ask?
Multiple choice and word clouds today. More on the roadmap — let us know what you need.
How many people can join a session?
Up to 50 on the Free plan. Pro removes that cap entirely.
Can I embed a poll in PowerPoint?
Yes. Use Microsoft’s free Web Vieweradd-in (Insert → Get Add-ins → search “Web Viewer”) and paste your colligolabs.com/p/<pollId>/qr share link. The slide then shows the live QR + code during your presentation.
I forgot my password.
Use the password resetpage. You’ll get a reset link by email.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Account → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancel from the Stripe portal. You keep Pro until the end of your current period.
