Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan never requires a card. Upgrade to Pro any time when you need more.
What happens if I hit the Free plan limits?
On Free, you can have up to 50 audience members per session and up to 3 questions per poll. If you hit a limit, we’ll show a clear upgrade prompt — no surprise paywalls mid-session.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe billing portal in your account. You keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period, then automatically drop to Free.
Will my audience see ads or branding?
Never. ColligoLabs is ad-free on every plan. Audience members see your poll and nothing else.
